Membership is voluntary and subject to acceptance by Vieforte.
Members must meet and maintain eligibility requirements outlined in the Impact Guidelines.
By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Vieforte facilitates the voluntary sharing of eligible medical expenses among members.
We do not guarantee payment of medical expenses.
Vieforte is not an insurance company and our programs do not replace insurance coverage.
By joining Vieforte, you agree to:
Comply with the Impact Guidelines.
Make timely contributions (Personal Responsibility Amount and monthly shares).
Use the program only for lawful purposes.
Provide truthful information when submitting needs or communications.
Vieforte is not liable for any denial of sharing or unpaid medical expenses.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.
The total liability of Vieforte to you will not exceed the amount of contributions you have made in the last 12 months.
When using our website, you agree not to:
Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy, distribute, or exploit any content without permission.
Engage in activities that could harm the website’s functionality or security.
